Adult Guidance Service
County Wicklow VEC has introduced a free and confidential Adult Guidance Service
designed to meet the needs of:
- All Students of the Community and Further Education Centres and Adult Learning Centres in the County.
- Those who left school early due to lack of interest or encouragement.
- Those who feel they have made the wrong choice in education, training or employment and want to have
a second chance.
- Those who need further qualifications to compete in today’s labour market.
- Those who have completed a course in education or training and are not sure of their next step.
- Those interested in returning to learning.
Services Provided:
Advice & Guidance
- Matching your interest and skills with learning and work opportunities available.
- Putting you in touch with the support services you need to take the next step.
- Help with CV preparation/Job search skills/study skills, time management.
- Presentations and information sessions for groups and individuals.
